You didn't mention whether you'd solved the cipher in the
dedication you mentioned in this week's update or not, nor
whether you wanted to know if someone did, but here's what
I've decided it says:

(Another substitution cipher, for the sake of saving you 
from reading it if you really didn't want to.  This one's 
just ROT-13, though.)
